The APTRA Exchange ‘Navigating the Headwinds’ held at The Trinity Forum 1-2 November 2022 in Singapore explored the dynamics and challenges facing industry recovery.  The panel discussed how the pressure of supply chain and logistics have encouraged new levels of cooperation and understanding amongst suppliers and retailers.  Meanwhile, the changing face of manpower dynamics and workplace trends has created new expectations from people in terms of wanting employment with greater flexibility and investment from employers in learning and development opportunities – and travel retail needs to keep pace to regain its attractiveness, especially for operational roles.  We were also delighted to welcome Liz Ortiguera, CEO of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) for an update on the wider travel and tourism recovery in airlines and hospitality.  Watch the entire session here: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLjycRroY8Y)
