This is the ‘Privacy Policy’ for the website/web page listed above and any other web properties we own that are linked directly or indirectly from this website which from this point may be referred to as ‘the website‘. The website belongs to/is licensed to the above listed Association which from this point will be referred to as “the Association/we/us”. We may refer to you as ‘you/visitors/members/users/guests‘.

By using the website you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the terms & conditions, privacy policy, cookie policy & earnings/results disclaimer – if you don’t agree with these you must stop using our website, all connected websites we own & any social properties we own on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Linkedin & Pinterest which from this point may be referred to as ‘social media properties’.

  5. Our PC’s/Servers have up to date anti-virus/anti-malware software & are regularly security patched.  
  6. Our sites have SSL certificates.

The website may on occasion host advertisements or links to other websites – our Association is not responsible for the privacy practices of any such sites or in any way endorses their conduct. It’s the responsibility of the user to examine the practices & policies of any third party sites should they choose to access these other websites. 

Sensitive Data Privacy Disclaimer

The Association does not store or collect any sensitive personal information that can lead to any financial loss or that could be used for identity theft such as personal addresses or card details. All/any transactions are done on the payment aggregator’s own secure servers. Where payment is required the customer is redirected to a payment gateway & then routed back to our website once payment is complete.

Your data privacy is protected under various International Privacy Laws such as: Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Privacy & Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 & the 1981 OECD CalOPPA & other global privacy laws

How does our site handle do not track signals?

We honor do not track signals and do not track plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place 

Does our site allow third party behavioral tracking?

We have implemented Google Analytics and may implement additional tools to track user behavior to improve the websites’s usability. However, the user is not identified in the tracking mechanism.
