Over 80 travel retail executives came together in person on 3 September at the APTRA Exchange in Hong Kong. The meeting is believed to be the first large-scale event in the travel retail community since the start of the pandemic.

With a shared focus on ‘Developing Strategies for Travel Retail Recovery’, the assembled audience enjoyed a comprehensive update on the industry with presentations from six industry leaders: Stefano Baronci – Director General ACI; Jonathan Robinson – CDO APAC SSP; Lois Chan – Assistant GM Retail, Hong Kong International Airport; Stephane Zermatten – Managing Partner CircleSquare, Martin Moodie – Founder & Chairman The Moodie-Davitt Report and Anson Bailey – Head of Consumer & Retail, KPMG Hong Kong.
