Alongside a full programme of industry discussion and insight, the entertainment programme includes a particularly special occasion. On 16 February 2027, delegates will be welcomed to an evening of royal splendour — an evening of grace and grandeur in the presence of Rajasthan’s royal legacy followed by dinner held within the grandeur of their private quarters at the City Palace. Guests will be received with full royal honours, a traditional ceremonial welcome and a regal entourage, before being escorted to enjoy dinner in a magnificent private courtyard. Private access of this kind is exceptionally rare — the City Palace remains an active royal residence, and an evening there in the company of the royal legacy is an honour few outside Jaipur’s closest circles ever experience. This extraordinary evening is exclusively hosted by Ospree, Platinum Host Partner to the APTRA India Conference 2027.
Meanwhile preparations for the APTRA North Asia Forum on 12 November 2026 in Hong Kong, held in partnership with the Airport Authority Hong Kong and Hong Kong International Airport, are progressing positively with a programme designed to encourage open, candid conversations between multiple stakeholders across the region. Airports, retailers and brands will come together in a series of curated conversations to discuss the opportunities and challenges of the region, notably the markets of China, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea.

Sunil Tuli, APTRA President and Group Chief Executive, King Power Group (Hong Kong), remarks: “North Asia and India are moving at very different speeds and understanding how – and why – matters more than ever for our industry. That’s exactly what these APTRA events are designed to do; bring stakeholders together for open, honest conversation about what’s really driving each market. The APTRA team will be in Cannes for TFWA all week, and we’d love to meet delegates and partners there to talk through what’s ahead for both conferences.”
