Singapore, 8 December 2025 APTRA is delighted to announce that the delegate registration site is now live for the APTRA India Conference 2026, to be held between 25-27 March 2026 at The Taj Bangalore Hotel, conveniently located at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru (BLR Airport).

Bangalore International Airport Limited, the operator of BLR Airport, is the Platinum Host Partner for APTRA’s 3rd India conference, the only conference dedicated to the Indian travel retail market and the increasingly significant impact of the Indian consumer on the global market.

In keeping with APTRA’s not for profit status, the delegate rate of USD600 is priced to cover costs with any surplus re-invested in the association’s support for the industry.

Wednesday 25 March 2026:

Onsite registration from 1400 at the Taj Hotel, followed by networking afternoon and Welcome Cocktail Reception from 1900-2200

Thursday 26 March 2026:

Conference sessions run approximately 0900-1530 with refreshment and lunch breaks. Evening Gala Dinner.

Friday 27 March 2026:

Conference sessions run approximately 0900-1330 with morning refreshment break and finishing with lunch and afternoon networking options before departure.
