We have secured a limited number of preferential rates for delegates staying at The Taj Bangalore Hotel at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru and at the nearby Moxy Hotel, located 15 minutes by taxi from the Taj. Conference Timings at A Glance

Wednesday 25 March 2026:

Onsite registration from 1400 at the Taj Hotel, followed by networking afternoon and Welcome Cocktail Reception from 1900-2200

Thursday 26 March 2026:

Conference sessions run approximately 0900-1530 with refreshment and lunch breaks. Evening Gala Dinner.

Friday 27 March 2026:

Conference sessions run approximately 0900-1330 with morning refreshment break and finishing with lunch and afternoon networking options before departure.

The conference will have a maximum capacity of 300 people and, with many places already pre-registered, you are encouraged to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. In keeping with APTRA’s not for profit status, the delegate rate of USD600 is priced to cover costs with any surplus re-invested in the association’s support for the industry.
