Cambodia was reportedly the first country in the world where the number of mobile phones surpassed landlines. In Vietnam, 9 out of 10 people access the web from mobile phones. With the fast-growing middle classes across emerging Asia accompanied by rapid technology adoption, some Asian markets are seeing a “techno leap frogging” culture.
