APTRA has launched a survey among its members to ascertain their priorities for the 2016-2017 APTRA Research Programme.
One of APTRA’s fundamental missions is to further the knowledge of its members through studies conducted in partnership with accredited research agencies into past performance of the duty free & travel retail industry in the Asia Pacific region and current trends in consumer behaviour in order to facilitate future development.
Jaya Singh, President APTRA, comments, “The business environment of today, and indeed the future, is getting increasingly sophisticated and demanding. We live in dynamic times and the greater the level of insights that we can achieve through our research platform the greater the relevance that all our stakeholders and members can deliver.”
