APTRA welcomes Chabot Armagnac, Kenzo Paris & Akay Ireland

APTRA would like to welcome three latest companies to join the Association: Chabot Armagnac, Kenzo Paris & Akay Ireland. Full contact details can be found in the Members’ only section of the website.

ChabotChabot Armagnac, established in 1828, is a producer of Armagnac. The company has 100% ownership of the production of its Armagnac from the vines to distillation, ageing, bottling and worldwide distribution. The company started exporting in the early 1960s. Today, Chabot is distributed throughout 90 countries and is present in every key airport in Asia.

KenzoKenzo Paris is a French luxury house founded in 1970 by Japanese designer Kenzo Takada. Kenzo Takada was born in Japan and moved to Paris in 1964 to start his fashion career. He then became known for using Asian and Japanese influenced style with the expert construction of European high fashion. He started out with a ‘Jungle Jap’ boutique located in Paris and decorated in jungle inspired decor. He began with handmade women’s clothing, then in 1983 Kenzo started designing men and then kids and home collections in 1987.

Akay Ireland is an official distribution partner for ABInbev International (the world’s largest brewing company and brand owner of Corona, Budweiser, Stella, Hoegaarden and many more) in the Asia Pacific region.
