Ahead of the TFWA Asia Pacific Conference & Exhibition, APTRA launched a new campaign to reinforce the industry’s widespread culture of care. With the tagline ‘Care is our custom’, devised for the APTRA Responsible Retail Training Programme, the new campaign aims to highlight the support shown by APTRA for sales teams, and the support that sales teams must offer their customers. The campaign aims to impact the industry more boldly and visibly, and encourage stakeholders to adopt the core value of care in their own customer interactions. The visual, a striking stamp design, has been deployed across various media such as the association marketing material, the website, and advertising in trade publications, kindly donated by The Decision Makers, The Moodie Report and The Travel Retail Business Magazine.
